EXTINCT TV Series (2017)

The series takes place 400 years after the human race has been exterminated by aliens. It follows Ezra, Abram, and Feena who have been reconstituted from the dead by an alien faction for the purposes of repopulating human civilization. The group cultivates their relationship with the alien restorers while dealing with conflicts from those genocidal aliens which destroyed humanity.
A reality a lot closer than most would care to indulge.

BYUtv Greenlights Network’s Second Scripted Series, ‘Extinct’

Co-produced by Taleswapper and Go Films, “Extinct” will be produced by Adam Abel (“Forever Strong”) and directed by Ryan Little (“Outlaw Trail”).

“We are pleased to debut a sci-fi thriller created exclusively for BYUtv by one of the most awarded and bestselling authors — Orson Scott Card,” said BYUtv’s managing director Derek Marquis. “Following the incredible response to our first scripted drama, ‘Granite Flats,’ we are bringing a powerful apocalyptic story to life, written by two of the strongest writers in the world of speculative fiction, and directed and produced by top independent filmmakers.”

BYUtv — which is owned by Brigham Young University — has ordered 10 episodes with the first season slated to premiere in 2017 now available.
